Man Kok Tsui Pier on the Lantau is situated in the northeastern part of Mui Wo in Islands District. Due to the shallow seabed there, only small vessels are allowed to berth at that pier during high tide. At present, Man Kok Tsui Pier is mainly used by local villagers.

Silvermine Cave is located on the hill at Silvermine Bay. Silver mining activities were carried out there in the mid to late 19th century but now the cave is closed and no longer in operation.
The upper and lower Silvermine Bay Waterfalls run beneath Silvermine Cave. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful waterfalls at a Chinese-style pavilion in the Silvermine Bay Waterfall Park adjacent to the waterfalls.
Our Lady of Joy Abbey is a Catholic monastery built in 1950. Situated along the mountain, the monastery which has a chapel and a garden, once was a production house for “Trappist Dairy” milk.
